Welcome to Caliente Dance Studio. By using our website, purchasing any class, package, membership, or participating in any studio activity, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. General Information

Caliente Dance Studio ("Caliente," "we," "us," "our") operates a dance and fitness studio located at 1901 SW 8th St, Miami, FL 33135. Our services include group dance classes, private lessons, workshops, and social events.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase services. Children under 18 must have a parent or guardian register on their behalf and sign a waiver before participation.

3. Account Registration

To book classes or purchase memberships, you may be required to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

4. Class Bookings and Cancellations

  • Advance Booking: We recommend booking classes in advance to guarantee your spot. Drop‑ins are welcome on a space‑available basis.
  • Cancellation Policy: You may cancel a class booking up to 2 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty. Late cancellations or no‑shows may result in loss of the class credit or a fee equal to the class price.
  • Class Changes: Caliente reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to instructor illness, low enrollment, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, affected students will be offered a full credit or refund.

5. Memberships and Recurring Payments

  • Monthly Unlimited Memberships (Basic and Pro) automatically renew each month on the same calendar day as the initial purchase.
  • Billing: Payment will be charged to your provided payment method on each renewal date unless canceled.
  • Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust membership pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the membership after the price change constitutes acceptance.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time by emailing [email protected] at least 7 days before your next billing date. No refunds are provided for partial months.

6. Class Packs and Drop‑In Credits

  • Expiration: 5‑class packs expire 60 days from first use. 10‑class packs expire 90 days from first use. 20‑class packs expire 6 months from first use. Unused classes after the expiration date are forfeited.
  • Sharing: 10‑ and 20‑class packs are shareable between family members or partners. 5‑class packs are for individual use only.
  • Refunds: Unused class packs may be refunded within 7 days of purchase if no classes have been redeemed. After that, all sales are final.

7. Payment Methods

We accept credit/debit cards, cash payments at the studio, and electronic transfers. All prices are in US dollars and subject to applicable taxes.

8. Studio Rules and Conduct

All students, guests, and visitors must adhere to our Studio Rules and Dress Code. Caliente reserves the right to refuse service or remove any individual whose behavior is disruptive, disrespectful, or poses a safety risk. No refund will be provided in such cases.

9. Health and Safety Disclaimer

Dance and fitness activities involve inherent risk of injury. By participating, you confirm that you are in good physical health and have consulted a physician if necessary. Caliente is not liable for any injuries sustained during classes, events, or while on the premises, except in cases of gross negligence.

10. Waiver of Liability

All students must sign our Waiver and Release form before their first class. By attending, you agree to assume all risks and release Caliente, its instructors, and staff from liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and class choreography, is the property of Caliente Dance Studio and may not be reproduced without permission.

12. Photography and Video

We occasionally photograph or film classes and events for promotional purposes. By attending, you grant Caliente permission to use your image in marketing materials unless you opt out in writing.

13. Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

14. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in Miami‑Dade County courts.
